What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for fulfillment services?
We have NO minimum order requirements! Whether you fulfill 1 order or 10,000 orders per month, we treat every client equally. This makes us perfect for startups testing products, seasonal sellers, or established businesses. You can start with just a few units in our warehouse and scale up as your business grows. Most fulfillment centers require 100+ orders/month – we don’t.
How fast do you process and ship orders?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after being placed in our system. This includes picking, packing, quality check, and label printing. For urgent orders, same-day processing is available for $1 extra per order. After shipping, delivery times vary: China Post/ePacket 10-20 days, DHL/FedEx Express 3-7 days. We ship Monday-Saturday except Chinese holidays. Real-time tracking is provided for all shipments.

What happens if there’s a mistake or damage during fulfillment?
We maintain 99.5% accuracy but mistakes can happen. Our policy: If we ship wrong item or quantity, we immediately ship correct items at no charge and provide return label for wrong items. If item is damaged during our packing process, we replace it free and investigate root cause. Optional photo QC ($0.50/order) lets you approve packages before shipping. We carry warehouse insurance covering inventory up to $100,000. For customer damages during shipping, we help file carrier claims. Our error rate is under 0.5% and we take full responsibility when errors occur.
Can you prepare and ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes, we specialize in Amazon FBA prep! Services include: FBA labeling (FNSKU labels, $0.15-0.30 per unit), Poly bagging with suffocation warnings ($0.20-0.40 per unit), Bundling multiple items into sets ($0.50-1.00 per set), Boxing and carton labeling per Amazon requirements, Shipment creation and coordination to multiple FBA centers, Appointment booking at FBA warehouses. How do I send my inventory to your warehouse?
