Understanding AQL Inspection:
- AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit): Maximum percentage of defects considered acceptable during sampling inspection
- Inspection Level I: Requires fewer samples, suitable for less critical products or trusted suppliers
- Inspection Level II: Standard inspection level, balances cost and quality control
- Inspection Level III: More stringent inspection, suitable for critical products or new suppliers
- Acceptance Number (Ac): Maximum defects allowed; if defects ≤ Ac, the lot passes
- Rejection Number (Re): If defects ≥ Re, the lot fails inspection
